Each session includes energy, mindset, healing, and strategy support! The techniques and tools I use are:
+ EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique is like emotional acupuncture. Using our fingers we tap along the body to stimulate the meridian points! EFT can regulate your nervous system, rewire your brain, and create new neural pathways in the brain.
+ Reiki: Reiki uses the hands to open and clear the energy body. During a session Reiki is used to treat the body, the mind, and the spirt.
+ Breath-work: Breath-work is a deep awareness and control of the breath to change your physical, mental, and emotional state. Breath-work is a form of emotional regulation and energy release.

My story goes like this ...
2017:
Unemployed, miserable, recovering from emergency surgery. Hired my first coach, found The Law of Attraction, started my life coaching certification!
2018:
Graduated from my life coaching certification program and launched my coaching life coaching business! Used manifestation to secure my dream apartment, new clients, a higher salary, a trip to California, and more! Signed my first client the month I launched my business!
2019:
Left my corporate job and started incorporating business coaching with my clients! I replaced my corporate income within 5 days of leaving my corporate job! Invited as a guest speaker in programs and masterminds to teach on business, money, and manifestation.
2020:
My husband quit his corporate job and I became Reiki and EFT certified! Featured in blogs, summits, and speaking panels. Had my first every $17K cash month and paid off our car 3 years early! Lost 90lbs and became my most confident self!
2022:
Took 2021 to do deep healing work. Became Kundalini certified, outed myself as a heart centered witch, and started incorporating energy work into my business!
Weird but fun Facts about Kayla:
+ I have a weird phobia of frogs - Like I know they won't hurt me but it doesn't matter. My brain just goes into panic attack mode!
+ I once manifested 6 months of cat food - that's what caused me to learn more about manifestation and become a master at it!
+ I have 4 tattoos and I can't wait to get more! I am obsessed with them and what they represent.
+ I do things differently - I don't believe in victim mentality, making excuses, or playing small! I believe we create our own reality!
+ I have a word fetish! I love words, quotes, writing. My vision boards usually end up being mostly words because I don't visualize very well!

How much time do I need to commit to each week?
Our weekly calls are 45 minutes long and you have M-F voxer access from 9am - 9pm ET. Growth takes work and ultimately, you'll get out what you put into our time together. Homework, implementation, and integration will take anywhere from 1 -3 hours a week depending on how much or how little you want to commit to yourself during our time together!
What are your core values?
Growth: I believe that growth is a journey and a destination. Growth happens over the course of our lifetime. I help you minimize the growing pains and enjoy life more!
Community: We're not meant to do life alone - I struggled to find a community where I felt safe and like I fit in. I knew that there were other women feeling the same, so I created it.

What are your coaching hours?
My coaching hours for calls are Wednesday and Thursday between 10am - 7pm ET. Voxer is available M-F 9am - 9pm ET.
